- Personal care or intimate wear items where hygiene concerns apply

Exchange Policy

Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Customers are encouraged to check the product upon receiving
- Delivery charge may not be refundable after successful delivery
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), Pupar Mall will bear the return shipping cost.
- For customer preference returns or size exchanges, return delivery charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
